Why I love this home…

This is the type of property that I would love to renovate. The original hardwood floors, unfinished basement, corner lot and alley access are the leading reasons why! In addition to the older architecture, I so appreciate natural materials – they are increasingly more difficult to come by. Throughout the main floor the Oak Hardwood floors are in incredible condition. They are 3/4 of an inch think and easily refinished, although really, they don’ need to be because they are in such great shape!
