Life at The Ranch

Betty Lou has been the sole owner of this home since it was built in 1997. It’s a testament to the pride in ownership that she has for her home and community.

Spending time here in the community while getting the home ready for sale has given me the chance to talk to several neighbors. They all say the say thing; they really enjoy living there. Some are active in the community;  going to social hours that the community coordinates. Others prefer to stick to their routine and only spend part of the year living here. Because of the Home Owners Association (HOA) takes care of all exterior home maintenance items as well as the landscaping, residents have the luxury of spending time on their hobbies, staying active within the community and only living here part-time without worrying about the exterior upkeep of their home.

Throughout the home you’ll find that all features are well cared for. The entry and dining chandeliers are original and in mint condition.. Yellow-Oak Hardwood Floors are durable and timeless with minimal wear and tear. The foyer has a traditional coat closet and room for a small bench to sit and remove your shoes.

Kitchen & Laundry

Melamine cabinets in the kitchen remain in like-new condition. Bar seating has many great functions – in addition to keeping the kitchen open to the dining and living room, it is a great space to stand and work on your computer. Multitasking while cooking is a nice option to have! The circular flow of the kitchen provides space for several people to work comfortably and ample cabinet space is here too. One of my favorite features of this kitchen is the positioning of the sink. It overlooks the private (fully fenced) side yard and patio. Spring and summer months will bring new colors and textures to the garden and you can see both while working at the sink.

Having a separate laundry room is a great luxury. Pocket door allows the room to be easily hidden. 12 cabinets provide robust storage for cleaning supplies, detergent and any overflow kitchen items such as utensils, appliances or holiday specialties.


Living Room, Dining Room & Patio/Fully Fenced Side Yard

New carpet & pad were installed throughout the home. The nine foot ceilings coupled with the large picture windows illuminate the space. Notice the detail of crown molding throughout the living room, dining and hall entry. It’s a nice details that makes the tall ceiling height more evident.

The HOA maintains the landscaping, however owners are at liberty to modify (and maintain) their garden how they please.
