What do you enjoy about this location? 

“We love the location, my husband walks our dog by the river almost every day, Orting is also a great location as a city. You can get to Puyallup, Bonney Lake, Sumner or Enumclaw all in about twenty minutes. Our home has great access to the park in Orting and the festivals and parades…. We also go up to the mountain when it snows.”

What should we know about your yard and neighborhood? 

“Fourth of July is awesome in our neighborhood the whole street sits outsides and shares fireworks and puts on such a good show for the kids. Halloween is also really big in our neighborhood and kids are often trucked in from other areas to walk Village Green! Our yard is great we get morning sun through the front windows then afternoon soon in the back of the house. We also refilled our little sand pit that my kids use every summer.”

What will you miss most about your home? 

“My kitchen mostly, it’s definitely where we spend the most time we also love our backyard in the summer with the big patio it’s perfect for entertaining.”
