The Windermere Ready program can provide up to $100,000 to mitigate any expenses incurred with NO upfront cost.

Consultation:
We’ll first start with a one-on-one consultation and walk through your home to assess any potential updates or repairs. Working with your schedule and timeline, I’ll help you determine the improvements that will yield the biggest return. Ultimately, the homeowner decides what work will be done to the home, but I am here to provide as much information and knowledge I can.
Impactful Updates:
Even simple changes can make a huge difference. Here is a list of the most valuable updates:

- Carpet Cleaning/Replacement

Personalized Plan:
Once you decide on your top projects and improvements, I’ll introduce you to my preferred local contractors and service providers. I’ll then schedule out all the work and services needed while working around your schedule.
Staging:
Once your home is ready to be listed on the market, we will have it professionally staged. Staging boosts the appeal for buyers and will highlight the features of your home. According to Forbes.com, staged homes statistically sell 87% faster than non-staged homes and net 17% more.
What Fees or Interest Are Charged and How?
Once you sell your home, you pay the Windermere Ready program back from the proceeds of the sale at the time of closing. The interest on the loan is 4% of what’s borrowed. There is a $218 recording fee that is due at closing as well. Sellers will not be charged a recording or re-conveyance fee if the loan is under $50,000. Windermere will absorb the credit report check. The loan is for 6 months, interest free.
