There were many laughs and tears as I worked on renovating my mid century home in Tacoma, Washington. Here are some of the behind-the-scenes clips of renovating my lovely home. As an introvert I really had to hype myself up to get in front of the camera most days! I’m thankful for my videographer, Paul who was patient, encouraging and thoughtful. He captured the best and worst parts of the renovation and me!

This was the third renovation I complete. Not only did I create build a real estate investment that creates passive income for me ever month, I revitalized a neglected but beautiful home in Tacoma. Until next time my friends.
