September 2021 Market Update
Inventory was down in September across the market, which is very typical as we start a new school year and wrap up the summer months. All counties had just less than one month of supply of homes on the market for eager homebuyers. To put things in perspective, a balanced market has roughly 4-6 months of available inventory.
